Hourly/Daily Rentals: 50% refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the booking start time.
Weekly Rentals: 50% refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the booking start time.
Monthly Rentals: 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before the booking start time.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of India govern these Terms. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of India.

10. Amendments

Elite Ventures reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
